Registered Guests Only:
For the comfort and safety of all guests, only registered individuals are allowed on the property at any time. Any additional guests not listed in the reservation will incur a fee of $200 per night, per extra guest, if not respected.

No Parties:
Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited on the property. We strive to maintain a peaceful and serene environment for all our guests.

Quiet Hours:
Out of respect for other guests and neighboring properties, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Excessive noise that disrupts the tranquility of the surroundings is not permitted.

No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet. We kindly ask that you use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Pets:
We understand that pets are a part of the family, but unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the chalet. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Care and Cleanliness:
We strive to maintain a clean and well-cared-for chalet for all guests. Please treat the property and its contents with respect, and leave it in the same condition as you found it and report any damages or issues to us promptly. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required.

Use of Amenities:
Enjoy the amenities provided for your comfort and entertainment. However, please ensure their proper use and handle them responsibly. Any damages caused to the amenities may result in additional charges.

Waste Disposal:
Please dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated containers provided. Proper waste management helps us keep the environment clean and ensures a pleasant stay for all guests.

Fire Safety:
For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from using open flames or fireworks inside or near the chalet.

Damages and Breakages:
Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages that occur during their stay. Please report any incidents or damages to us immediately to ensure timely resolution.

Compliance with Laws:
Guests are expected to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during their stay.
